Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian, TV host and actress famous for hosting the popular daily talk show The Talk. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas was raised in Arkansas among Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl comes from a family that has had many issues. She was a lot of her childhood taking care of Frankie. Frankie suffered from polio. In her early years, she had a relationships with her mother were rocky. Sheryl claims that once her mother cut her dad for being too close to him. When she graduated from college Sheryl was a soldier in the military. However, her interests lay in comedy. She was the first female winner of the contest Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. Her TV career began in 1992 when she was a guest participant on the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she was host of the show Oh Drama! Since 2011 she has been appearing as a co-host on the talk show The Talk. Also, she appears in fictional roles in shows like Bulworth and Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
