Kevin Kenney was a writer at Fox Sports and formerly worked at The New York Post. Emma Kenney's place of birth is the same as her Shameless co-star Emmy Rossum. Kenney was born and was raised in Manhattan and is the 19 year old actress that plays Debbie the main character on Showtime's hit drama, Shameless. Although she was born in Manhattan, the actress lived the majority of her childhood years living within Garden State. Kenney was also known for her role as Darlene Gilbert's daughter, Harris, in The Roseanne revival.
